Great followup & service from sook ling. However list of initial pricing given from RM 19200 was substantially reduced to RM 13800 which does not fully justify market value. Wouldnt recommend this casa dealer moving forward.

Highly recommend Jia. She was willing to WhatsApp and call to clarify details with the dealer, and was very patient with follow-ups even when I didn’t reply instantly. I only needed to send a photo and she managed to get a price quote directly from the dealer. I went quiet for a few days but when I came back, she handled it normally without any pressure. In the end, I proceeded with the dealer offer she connected me to. Smooth and hassle-free experience overall.
